Our Engineer demonstrated the machine¡¦s function to the visitor at the Exhibition According to the customer¡¦s request, we will assist the customer to do the test cut.
We hold the Private Show and Seminar in HK and Mainland China yearly to provide the latest product, information, techniques etc. to our customer, let they can get latest industry news and provide the technical share platform to the customers
 
Private Show & Technical Seminar 2006 [Guangzhou]2006
We are not only provide the machine trading service, but also provide the¡uTotal solution¡vservice to our customer. Our department will assign the Technical Officer to handle project, the ¡uTotal solution¡vservice will includes the factory visit, infrastructure inspection, set the critical of the machine selection, provide the suggestion and recommendation, pre-installation work, machine installation, and provide the after-sale service and maintenance work to our customer. If the customer selects this type of the service, they can enjoy our wonderful service.
We provide the variety after-sale service to our customer such as machine installation, application and training, machine repair and problem diagnosis, service seminar, preventive maintenance and customer visit etc., Our purpose is to provide the comprehensive after-sale service for our customer.
After purchasing the machine, we will provide the free installation service to our customer. We will provide the pre-installation information to the customer for preparation used. After the machine arrived the customer¡¦s factory, we will assign the engineer to do the installation and accuracy test.
After the installation work, we will provide the free basic machine application and training to our customer, let they can handle and utilize the machine for production immediately. Besides, if the customer want to get the advance machine application and training, we can also offer some course to the customer.
Machine Application and Training
The Corrective maintenance service is an one of our major service, the service includes the emergency repair, problem diagnosis¡Bparts change, and PCB board repair etc.. Our target is to help the customer restore the machine as soon as possible, let they can minimize the lost during the down time.
Machine Repairing This type of service is to provide the periodic machine maintenance and checking to the customer, it can make sure the machine performance is maintained at the good level. Besides, the periodic maintenance and checking can reduce the down time, and also increase the efficiency and machine¡¦s life.
We hold the service seminar in our Dongguan Service Center yearly. We offer over 10 seminars to our
customer (such as Machining Center, Calibration system etc.), let they can get the basic maintenance information and
other latest information. In average, we have over 300 persons to attend our service per year.
Our purpose is to enhance and equip the daily maintenance and basic maintenance knowledge to the customer, let
they can do it by themselves. It is the effective method to reduce the machine down time and improve the efficiency.
All of the seminars are free of charge, we welcome to all customers to attend our service seminar.

Manufacturer. We are often to send our engineer to manufacturer to learn the latest technique and machine model.
We pass through to visit our manufacturer to enhance our communication and sharing, let make the good partnership
between others. In addition, when we are facing the complex problem, we also discuss with our manufacturer, let the
problem can solve as soon as possible.

Besides that, we also visit the customer periodically, our purpose is to know the machine situation and get the customer comment, let we can know well about the customer needs.
